Apartment conforms to the description except for the fact that there is only one bedroom and not two. Very well located, close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, laundry ...), the port, the beach (900m which are easily walk) from activities (Luna Park, aqualand ...). It misses a parking space in bottom of the residence.
