This wonderful apartment in the popular SOL PARK complex on the outskirts of Torrevieja is just what you have been looking for.
The apartment has modern furniture and a large living room with underfloor heating. The 50-inch SMART TV is directly connected to the internet. So if you have a Netflix or even an Amazon Prime account, you can enjoy a movie in your own language. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms have underfloor heating for the coldest winter days. The apartment has central air conditioning that both cools and heats. It also has a fiber optic internet connection. On the covered terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with the family. There are 6 steps leading to the apartment, the apartment itself is only on one level. Parking is right in front of the door and free of charge.
The front garden faces south, so you can enjoy the sun even in winter. 2 sun loungers and a parasol are available where you can relax and read a book. If you want to swim in the morning, there are 2 pools to choose from, one with an overflow pool that fills to the brim. For kids, there's a smaller pool right next to the larger one. The area around the pools has artificial grass and real lawn for maximum comfort.
Nearby is the famous LA MATA natural park for people who like to walk and enjoy the view over the Salinas or the salt lakes of Torrevieja. Just 1 km away is a sports complex with an indoor pool and other activities. The Torrevieja Agua Park is another option for the whole family. Every Friday there is a weekly market with fresh produce from the Torrevieja area. The beautiful beaches of La Mata and Guardamar del Segura are just a 10-minute drive away.
