Non-compliance with the rules is grounds for retaining the deposit and forfeiting the reservation rights, thus leading to the eviction of the occupants.
All occupants of the accommodation must be properly identified before entering the premises.
Please note that according to Decree 75/2020, of August 4th, of Tourism in Catalonia: 'In the event that the user of a Tourist Use Dwelling violates the basic rules of coexistence, the norms set by the responsible party of the accommodation, or breaches municipal ordinances issued for this purpose, the owner of the property, or the manager of the tourist use dwelling, must require the lessee to immediately vacate the dwelling.'
