In the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, we offer this charming Dinard-style house for rent, which has been completely and tastefully refurbished by an interior designer.
The house has plenty of natural light and a sea view over the Malouine promenade. Sleeping up to 8 travelers, the accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the large sunny terrace.
- A cozy sitting area at the other end of the room.
- Separate WC and storage cupboards.
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 2 and 4: two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed.
- Each bedroom has a private shower room.
Outside:
- A terrace facing the garden
- A south-facing terrace with a small view of the écluse beach.
Completely renovated with quality materials and tastefully decorated, you'll find optimum comfort in this ready-to-live-in house. You'll soon feel right at home!
You have free Wi-Fi access, and we provide sheets, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean, and your bed made up on arrival.
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- At the end of the street, 20 m away, you can access the customs officers' path, the Malouine promenade and its beach.
- The Plage de l'écluse is less than 1km away on foot.- Saint-Malo is a 15-minute drive away, and you can experience the taxi-boat that will take you there in 10 minutes.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park or in the nearby public car park. (1 vehicle)

- Parties and evenings are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighbourhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance and are counting on you to adopt good neighbourliness rules to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one for everyone.- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying up dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins. An extra charge will be made if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
