On the ground floor of a small condominium, in a very quiet street in the St Servan district of Saint-Malo, this 35 m² apartment offers you all the necessary comfort for a very pleasant stay.

St Servan is known for its great shopping street, the solidor tower, the City of Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks:
Protected from the winds and sunny, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On the beach of Les Bas-Sablons, at the bottom of the theatre square, you can have lunch or have a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
We also recommend the stroll along the cornice of Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further away.

You are 10 minutes walk from the intra-Muros.
Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros /, gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/, Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) allows you to reach the other seaside areas of the beach of Le Sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville,. . .
