This wooden house/ villa of 130 m² about 50 m² from beaches with bright and cosy atmostphere. It has a terrace and a parking lot. You enter on a living room all open with living room, fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom on the garden level, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 trundle beds and a bathroom with toilet. The bed is made at your arrival and the towels are provided and included in the rental price as well as the cleaning at the end of your stay and the Wifi connection.
The house was completely renovated in 2014 and therefore benefits from a very special comfort, with perfect insulation making it as pleasant in summer as in winter. Its location is also ideal, close to 3 beaches as well as the Golf course.
The centre of Saint-Briac is located 1. 5 km from the house, it is charming and has a lot of character, with its granite houses and its small streets, and has all the local shops you could wish for: bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy.
Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance from the house, offering a variety of atmospheres and quality catering:
- Le Nessay (in the castle of the same name), 100 m from the house, hotel, bar and restaurant, chic and very refined, to be presented before 7. 30 pm in high season
- Le Rusti, 50 m from the house: very pleasant restaurant with a large interior garden, offering a very varied menu in a good value for money
- Au Deux Sardines, 200 m from the house (bd de la Houle), very refined restaurant offering a delicate cuisine, and a very regular change of menu - to be preferred for a romantic evening
- L'Hermine, 2 kms from the house: the "Must" of all Brittany in terms of creperie, pancakes and crêpes of equal quality, reservation required in view of their success - Le Théâtre, a little further (St Lunaire, approx 5 km): atmosphere, decor and relaxed service, 50 m from the beaches
