This splendid 32 m2 apartment is located in an 18th century stone building on the Quays of Bordeaux, it offers you all the comfort and authentic charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux, with a breathtaking view over the Pont de Pierre, the Place de la Bourse, the quays and the green right bank. Completely renovated in 2019, it has a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate two travellers.
The housing
Very well equipped, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by a stone staircase. Located in the hyper-centre, in the St Pierre district, you will enjoy all the comforts of home for an unforgettable stay. Its living space offers a panoramic view of the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne: you may have the chance to enjoy a magnificent sunrise over the river! A few steps from all shops and transport, it offers you the following services:
- A beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, storage spaces and a central island serving as a complementary work surface and dining table.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
- One bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a dishwasher, an iron and its table.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels and some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made upon your arrival.
Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free of charge!
Located in the historic centre (",Old Bordeaux",), the Port de la Lune is ideally located. The hyper-centre of Bordeaux is 2 minutes walk away, as well as the heart of the Saint-Michel district, all the restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. You will also have a breathtaking view of the Garonne and the Pont de Pierre, the oldest bridge in Bordeaux designed 200 years ago by Napoleon I, as well as the Place de la Bourse and its water mirror.
Located in a ",protected", area, the apartment is also close to all the other districts of the historic centre. In these neighbourhoods, history lovers can appreciate the value of the sculpted facades.

tram stops C (stop ",Place de la Bourse",) or tram A (stop ",Palais",)
The C tram takes you directly to the station, the wine museum, the Grand Stade de Bordeaux or the Parc des Expositions (30 mn)
Car:

It is also possible to park on the street but the squares are popular and the streets are not free (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
Self-service bicycle hire:

- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, all reservations of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
