The Golden Triangle, Allées de Tourny, Cours Georges Clemenceau and Cours de l'intendance, was created in 1790 by the architect Chalifour. This space was occupied almost exclusively by convents before the revolution and it still houses the Notre-Dame church, formerly the Saint-Dominique church, built in 1634.
