Ideally located, in the city centre and close to the Cité des Congrès, the Sphinx is an ideal Cocoonr apartment to put your suitcases down during your stay in Nantes. On the 3rd floor with elevator of a well-maintained condominium, the Sphinx can comfortably accommodate 4 passengers. Whether your stay is for business reasons or for holidays, you will be delighted to enjoy a privileged location while taking advantage of the quietness of the apartment.
This apartment of 47 m² has been carefully renovated to offer you a warm and cosy decoration. You'll feel right at home here! With the apartment, you will benefit from a secure underground parking space, essential in Nantes if you come by car.
The apartment is arranged as follows :
-an entrance hall that serves all the rooms.
-a very modern and perfectly equipped kitchen : combined oven, refrigerator, 3 burner hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The kitchen is open to the living room.
-a living room with sofa bed (140X200), television, wifi and access to the small balcony, ideal to enjoy the sun.
-a bathroom, with bathtub and towel dryer.
For your comfort during your stay, a washing machine is at your disposal as well as an ironing board and iron.
-a room, pleasant with a new and quality bedding (double bed 140X200). It also has a large closet with wardrobe.
-independent WC.
The Sphinx is equipped with double-glazed windows and roller shutters.
You will of course have a Wifi internet connection and access to television (included in the rental price).
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SPHINX :
* The flat is opposite a building under construction which may cause noise pollution
* The entrance to the car park is on rue Monteuil
* Television is temporarily unavailable due to a change of operator.
The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le Sphinx is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
Neighborhood and transport
You will appreciate the location of this apartment, in a quiet street in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood. You will be seduced by its proximity to the hypercentre at 15 minutes on foot and the Cité des Congrès at 5 minutes. All facilities are nearby : bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery store and many trendy restaurants. For more nature and serenity, we propose you a walk along the Loire or the Canal St Félix. A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre that has become a national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the train station can be reached in 10 minutes.
However, if you prefer public transport, the bus is 5 minutes away, as well as the tram (lines 2 or 3 stops "Hotel Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue"). The bus C5 , stop "Lieu Unique" is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the train station. Nantes Atlantique airport can be reached by bus in 20 minutes from the train station.
