In the Sillon district, on the first floor of a small building of character, you will find this 30 m² cocoon completely restored with taste.
Fully equipped studio (washing machine, oven, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher. . . ), you can have a good time there.
It has a retractable double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.
We provide, sheets and towels, and upon your arrival your bed will be prepared. Wifi is offered. . . .
When you leave the condominium, you turn left or right and you are on the waterfront.
The district:
Between the district of the furrow and Rocabey, you are one street from the large beach on foot, but also from all amenities. And 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of the city, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Duguay Trouin area if you come for work.
