Completely renovated, the house offers spacious accommodation and the charm of an old house with high ceilings. Arranged over 3 levels, its atypical layout is sure to win you over!
As soon as you walk through the door, you'll appreciate the ambiance of this beautiful home.
The layout is as follows:
- A large hall leading to a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room opening onto the outside, a sitting room, and also a bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with a small private shower room accessible via the corridor (ideal for a person with mobility difficulties), as well as a toilet.
1st floor

- 4 other bedrooms (with 140cm beds), 2 of which can be connected,

The gite has a courtyard, 3 terraces including 1 with a 6-seater spa, a garden with private parking.
Neighborhood:
The house is located a stone's throw from the village and its amenities, close to the expressway so that you can easily reach nearby tourist sites such as Damgan with its beautiful family beaches, Rochefort en Terre, and the Branféré animal park.
The entrance to the property is shared with the house next door, then a private footpath leads to the gite.
Other remarks:
- Rates do not include heating and electricity (heating package €25/night, electricity 8 kW included per day, over €0.25 per additional kW).
- End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional service, 200€ payable on site.
- Bed linen: 17€/bed if beds are not made up, 25€/bed for beds made up on arrival.
- Bathroom linen: 15€ per person
- Pets accepted with supplement ( 5€ / day / pet).
- Jacuzzi: 65€ per WE, 150€ per week and 200€ per 2 weeks (payable to owner).
