The Family Villa 2360 m2 plot, 340 m2 build, 140 m2 Terrace is located in the exclusive El Paraiso valley between San Pedro and Estepona. Set in extensive, mature private gardens including a heated swimming pool and barbecue area, it is perfectly peaceful. The villa has mountain views to the west, and down the coast to Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains and golf course.
Accommodation is spacious and airy, with two double bedrooms and one twin (all en suite), and a further small bedroom suitable for younger children (bunk beds!). There is an open-plan living area including a luxury kitchen and separate dining area. Digital satellite and CD/DVD player are included. We offer playstation including games for 35 Euro a week.
Enjoy a large outdoor BBQ area next to the pool. We have sun loungers for the pool. The garden is large and nice to play for kids. For Families with baby we are very well equipped. Baby cot and high chair, baby bath on request. Safe box is inside the villa.
A nice large roof terrace offers breathtaking panorama view. We have parking places for 3 cars. Pets on request. please send Request. Heated pool is available from September to June. An extra charge of 300 Euro per week will be charged.
The villa is also perfectly situated for leisure activities. It overlooks the El Paraiso golf course - just one of many renowned courses in the area - and there are facilities for tennis, bowls and horse riding nearby. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and the shopping and nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 15 minutes away by car. The villa is also a great base from which to explore the mountains and the famous White Villages of Andalucia.
The Cleaning fee need to be paid cash on arrival if it is not including in the booking.
