You will be quickly seduced by this magnificent apartment located a few meters from the Patte d'Oie metro station!
It is a three-room apartment, with two pretty bedrooms with view on court, extremely quiet and ideally located in which you will settle for your stay in Toulouse.
Brand new with a beautiful decoration, this apartment of 55m2 is on the ground floor. It is perfectly equipped. You will find a nice living room with a very nice open kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave oven, induction hob, kettle and capsule nespresso coffee maker, as well as a sitting area with a large TV and a dining area on a bar.
The first large bedroom of about 20 m² offers a 160 cm canopy bed, a wardrobe and a secretary where you can be quietly at work. In the second one you will find another 160 cm bed and a cupboard for your things. There is a private parking space in front of the unit.

The accommodation Le Suzon is managed by the Cocoonr agency in >Toulouse and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
You will be in the "Patte d'Oie district", where you will find all the local shops: mini-market, pharmacy, an excellent bakery, a very good pizzeria, etc. . . .
You can also walk to the Saint Cyprien district for its covered market, its parks and museums and its authentic district life (restaurants, bars, shops. . . ).
You will be at only 3 metro stations away from the Place du Capitole and one metro station from the "Arènes station", where the tram to the airport is located.
Transport: Metro line A at 300 meters, count about fifteen minutes for the Matabiau train station.
Tram to the airport to a subway station " Arènes" around 40 minutes.
Station Vélib avenue Etienne Billières at 200m.
