Nestled on the penultimate floor of a secure residence, complete with swimming pool, janitor and elevator, this studio apartment with balcony offers a breathtaking view of the basin and harbor.
On arrival, you'll be greeted by an entrance hall leading to a shower room with toilet. The main room, bathed in light and offering a panoramic view of the basin and port, is furnished with care. Here you'll find a sofa bed (140 cm), TV, DVD player, microwave oven and kitchenette with two hotplates and a small fridge. The balcony, equipped with furniture and an awning, will be your privileged refuge for moments of relaxation in the open air.
A private parking space, accessible by beep, is at your disposal. The swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09, from 9:30am to 9pm, invites you to take a refreshing dip.
The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, launderette...) and the beaches of l'Aiguillon will make your daily life easier.
Please note that pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). Finally, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available at an additional cost (from €50 to €300 depending on rental).
