As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a hallway featuring practical storage space and a side table. The bathroom, with WC, is functional. The west-facing living room opens onto a terrace equipped with a 140cm BZ, an Italian table and a TV. The kitchenette, with fridge, 2 induction hobs, washing machine, extractor hood and microwave oven, is perfect for your daily needs. The bedroom, facing east and opening onto the outside passageway leading to the apartment, is equipped with a 140cm bed and wardrobe. The terrace, quiet and furnished, offers a privileged space for relaxation, with direct access to the overhead parking space. The apartment, though modest and "simple", is easy to maintain, offering a practical and functional living environment. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but you can rent it through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for an additional charge (from €50 to €300 depending on the rental).
