The main villa comprises a ground floor hallway leading to a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso) with dining area and access to the garden. There's also a separate toilet, a living/dining room with TV equipment, sofas, armchairs and chaise longue, and a south-facing wooden terrace (250 m²). Upstairs, the villa features a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a single bed (180 x 200) and en-suite shower room, and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 190), as well as a bathroom with toilet. The cellar is equipped with a tumble dryer and washing machine, as well as storage space for bicycles, beach equipment, etc.
The single-storey outbuilding features a spacious living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, dining area, sofas and armchairs. Bedrooms include: one bedroom with a single bed (140 x 190), one bedroom with a single bed (160 x 200) and en-suite shower room, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) and en-suite bathroom/WC, and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and separate shower room/bathroom/WC.
