As you enter, you'll find a vast 50 m² living/dining room with triple exposure and a beautiful view of the lake, with access to the south-facing balcony and north-facing terrace. There is also a separate WC. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, washing machine, 4 hotplates, hood and traditional oven. The south-facing master suite comprises a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bathroom and a balcony. There's also a second east-facing bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a balcony, a third east-facing bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a balcony, and a fourth south-facing bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a balcony. There is a second separate toilet and shower room.
The east/west-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an awning for protection from the sun. Two underground parking spaces are available. The apartment has Internet access and WIFI. It's very pleasant, bright and well-equipped, with easy maintenance thanks to the parquet and tiled floors. This is a non-smoking apartment.
