Located in a secure residence, on the 5th floor with elevator, this charming 26 m² studio cabin has been entirely renovated to offer an unobstructed view of the town and the magnificent Arcachon basin. Private parking is also available.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by an entrance hall leading to a shower room, as well as a cabin equipped with a pull-out bed for two (2 x 80) with a window to take advantage of the natural light. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a small fridge, microwave and two induction hobs, opens onto a north-facing living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table.
A named parking space is reserved for your convenience. The apartment, bathed in light and decorated in a contemporary style, is very pleasant to live in and easy to maintain.
Please note that pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). In addition, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for an extra charge (from €50 to €300 depending on rental).
