Located near the Seamen's Pier on the seafront, this spacious character villa offers around 280 m² of living space with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, terraces and garden.
The villa's entrance leads to a first southeast-facing bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom. A second south-east-facing bedroom with two 90cm beds and en-suite bathroom is also accessible from the entrance. A corridor leads to an anteroom giving access to a third "black" bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 and en-suite bathroom/wc. From here, you can access a fourth north-west-facing bedroom with a view over the pond, equipped with a 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom / WC. A fifth north-west-facing bedroom overlooking the pond, with a 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom/WC, is also accessible from the anteroom. There is a separate toilet with washbasin.
The villa also includes a scullery equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and wine cellar, as well as a main kitchen with fridge, conventional oven, dishwasher, extractor hood and 4 hotplates. There are two lounges: a first lounge of 37 m² with TV and sofas, and a second lounge of 58 m² with a superb view of the Arcachon basin and access to the garden.
A service corridor leads from the terrace to the garden. The 43 m² terrace faces south-east. The basin-side garden is equipped with beach furniture in a garden shed.
The location is ideal, with direct access to the pool, 100 m from the nearest shops and pharmacy, and 800 m from the town center. The sanitary facilities have recently been renovated. The villa is beautifully appointed with spacious volumes (over 3 m high ceilings).
Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional), as is a departure cleaning service (following normal, regular maintenance of the rental during the stay).
