As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the large entrance hall with plenty of storage space, including shelves and a closet. It leads to a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, extractor hood and four separate halogen hobs. The south-facing bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a closet with hanging space. The toilet is separate. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. The spacious living room features a TV, 140 cm sofa bed, armchairs and a north-facing dining area, with access to the balcony.
The north-facing balcony, just under 9 m² in size, is furnished and offers a magnificent view of the Arcachon basin. The apartment is pleasant, easy to care for and perfectly maintained, and will seduce you with its comfort. A named parking space is included. We had a pleasant stay, Arcachon is a pretty town, lots to visit, many restaurants even in September, clean. You can do everything on foot and by bike, fortunately because you have to pay for parking in the car parks and near the beaches in the town center.
