This villa, located in Foix, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 15 April to 31 October, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a Hi-Fi, a radio and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool, the mountains and the city.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, 1 including a double bed and a bunk bed, and 2 including a single bed and a double bed The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a dressing room, a dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a washing machine, a safe and a jacuzzi.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 150 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 2.2 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
The property is ideal for families. please not that parties are strictly forbidden. neighbours are vigilant and too much noise will not be tolerated, under penalty of having to leave the property and having fees deducted from the deposit.
