This villa, located in Arezzo, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 15 June to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 9 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 2 including a double bed The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features mosquito nets, a fan, ironing equipment and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 5€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
