This house, located in Callen, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 October, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a DVD player and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 14 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 2 including a single bed and a double bed, The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine, mosquito nets, a desk and a jacuzzi.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 25 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.7 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.

The single beds are spare beds. The property is ideal for parties ! it is located next to a forest, and there are no neighbours. An idependant barn has been converted in a hall ideal for events and parties ! (art gallery on the pictures) it is possible to rent it independently from the property for 250€/night. renting the barn with the property implies 200€/night additional costs. this barn hall can fit up to 50 persons, an additional 30m² outside shelter is available with the 60m² hall. for more than 12 people, additional fees of 20€/person are required at the price of 200€ .
