Outside, and in addition to a 617 m2 terrace and the surrounding garden, it also has a main swimming pool measuring 10m by 4.5m, a small children's pool measuring 3.5m by 3.5m, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a bathroom overlooking the pool with hot shower and dining area with barbecue and oven.
It is located 7 km from the supermarket, 5 km from Ribeira d’Ilhas beach, 7 km from the center of Ericeira and 10 km from the center of Mafra.

Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.

The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th).
