Magnificent villa with pool near Muro, in the north of Mallorca.
Completely renovated in 2015, this beautiful property is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Muro and just 10 km from the Bay of Alcúdia and its beach. The house is characterized by its modern and fresh style combined with characteristic features of a typical Mallorcan house. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and designer furniture, this accommodation is comfortable, spacious and bright. In short, design, art and functionality are perfectly combined throughout the house. As far as outside is concerned, the garden area is as exciting as the house, including many lawn and terrace areas. Ergonomic sunbeds and umbrellas, plus an extremely comfortable Balinese bed, are the perfect place to enjoy a sunny day or a good book.
The nearest town is Muro, a small town in the north of Mallorca where you will find some supermarkets, restaurants and various services. In addition, every Sunday the traditional market is celebrated in the center, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or some handmade product. On the other hand, it is less than ten minutes by car from the tourist areas of Platges de Muro or Can Picafort. Undoubtedly, its spectacular white sand beaches and crystal clear waters are a must. In short, the accommodation is a perfect starting point to explore the island.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. In addition, it has central heating (gas oil) with a radiator system in all rooms.
