Vacation home with terrace, ideal for 4 people, in Saint Hilaire de Riez, residence "Les mas de Saint Hilaire" with communal pool, close to the forest, 500 m from the beach, with pedestrian access through the pine forest.
This rental comprises a living room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. A kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave and electric hob.
On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room, a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90). Pets NOT allowed.
Private parking available.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax (rate according to number of people) and security deposit.
