THE RESORT
Located in Normandy, in the Calvados region, about 2 hours from Paris, Deauville is a must-see destination on the Côte Fleurie.
Created in the 19th century by the Duke of Morny during the nascent sea-bathing craze, Deauville is now an internationally renowned seaside resort. It is known for its casino, its horse races, its sea bathing establishment, its large sandy beach bordered by Les Planches, its golf courses, and the American Film Festival, a meeting place for stars of the big screen.
RESIDENCE LE CASTEL NORMAND
The residence Le Castel Normand is ideally located in the downtown area of Deauville, 800 meters from the Deauville-Trouville train station (about 15 minutes on foot) and 500 meters from the beach.
Its central location allows you to discover the main tourist and interest places on foot: the city with its beautiful beach, its casino, its shops, its luxury villas and its famous "Planches".
You won't need a car because everything is within easy and quick walking distance (less than 10 minutes walk). It's up to you to discover this mythical city...
Built in the Norman style, this small 4-story establishment served by two elevators offers a wide choice of apartments ranging from small studios for 2 people to large apartments for 8 people.
On site: reception, breakfast service (to be reserved the day before).

THE STUDIO
The tastefully decorated apartments all have a kitchenette (2 ceramic hobs), dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, sufficient crockery, TV, duvets and pillows.
TV, comforters and pillows. Bathroom with toilet. The toilets are sometimes separate.
Some of the apartments face the street, others face the garden. The apartments on the garden side are more spacious.
Studio 2 persons, about 20 m², street side, living room with a folding bed (140 cm) (once the bed is up, you have a sofa).
