In weekly rental during the summer season, a small 2 room house ideally located 500 meters from the beach and 650 meters from the center of Fromentine with all shops and services.
The seaside resort of Fromentine (commune of La Barre de Monts) is the landing stage of the Ile d'Yeu as well as the junction point by the bridge with the island of Noirmoutier. In the Pays de Monts, with its vast pine forest on the dunes and on the edge of the Breton marshland, a privileged place for wildlife, Fromentine enjoys a privileged climate with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France.
This small holiday home of about 30m² has two rooms.
A kitchen and dining room is equipped with a gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dresser, a table with 4 chairs, a sink and all the utensils for cooking and eating.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed, two small armchairs, a wardrobe and a desk. Adjacent to the kitchen-dining room, a shower room and WC.
You can also enjoy a small garden of about 30 m² with a parking entrance through a double gate to place your vehicle. There is a garden table where you can place a large sunshade for your meals outside.
Only one street of residences allows you to reach the Fromentine beach in front of the island of Noirmoutier at 500 meters. The large beaches facing the ocean are accessible by a parallel street of about 1 km. The Pays de Monts forest is also accessible at 500 meters. The Breton marshland is located in the hinterland about 2 km away. The small town centre of Fromentine offers all types of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, newspapers, crêperie, cafés, restaurants and the tourist office. The landing stage for the Ile d'Yeu with its shuttle bus allows you to escape for a day on this particularly popular island.

this rental has real potential, clean, large room close to town center and beach. But lacks microwave, iron and some kitchen utensils. the only "HIC" is the upkeep of the garden, which has not been maintained for several years: dead glass and plastic bottles, dead branches on the ground, I had to pull out the weeds myself to install my garden bed, table and chairs full of cobwebs, with proper maintenance this rental would be really beautiful. no welcome either on arrival or departure
