A charming, cosy, private chalet cabin overlooking the nature reserve and with direct access to the Doussard beach on Lake Annecy.
Situated on the tree lined grounds of the campsite 'Camping Sandaya La Nubliere', the cabin is set in a tranquil position with a private garden and parking area for 2 cars.
The campsite has been newly renovated to include a children's wet play area and an adult well being centre.(The SPA is an extra cost per visit).
There is a handy mini-supermarket with fresh bread and croissants available every day, and also a buvette open in the evenings selling take away chicken, chips and pizzas.
The chalet comprises a private and secluded garden with outdoor furniture, reclining chairs, a bbq, and games.
There is parking for 2 vehicles next to the cabin, with overflow car parking outside the complex.
Within a few minutes walk, you will find the nature reserve, sailing school, rental of pedalos, speed boats & bicycles, an extensive cycle track, tennis courts, parapente school, bouncy castles, table tennis, children's activities and the boat bus to take you across the lake to Annecy. Additionally there are some great restaurants, pubs and beach bars all within easy walking distance.
During the peak season there is a Children's Club Monday to Friday, plus entertainment on site 2 evenings per week.

Minimum Booking is 2 nights.
Arrival/Departure days are Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday during peak season.
Check in time between 16h and 20h

Linen and Towels are not provided. You can bring your own linen and towels or you can hire linen and towels directly from the reception. (2 sheets & pillow cases is 16€ and a towel set comprising hand towel, bath towel & bath mat is 8€)
The reception will charge you directly for the tourist tax for your stay.
Caution Damage deposit is 290€ and is payable at reception upon arrival.
The Cabin is non smoking. You may smoke outside, please put ash and butts in the bins safely.
You are welcome to use the garden furniture and BBQ, please ensure you clean and put away after use.
We recommend you remove footwear before entering the chalet, this will help with cleaning, sand etc.
If you have brought your pets, please ensure they do not go into the bedrooms, they must stay in the living area. They must be kept on a lead when outside and in the camp site.
No tents or motorhomes are to be put on the land or premises.
Before you depart
Please arrange your check out inspection and caution damage deposit return at reception the day before your departure.
Cleaning is NOT included, you are required to leave the chalet spotlessly clean.
This includes: wiping down all surfaces; vacuuming and mopping floors; washing and drying up your crockery, and putting it away; emptying the bins and taking the rubbish to the molaks by the camp site entrance.; tidying away the garden furniture and cleaning the BBQ.
