This villa, located in Llucmajor, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 15 October, a furnished terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 7 or outside, on the balcony or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the sea.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and a toilet and one with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features central heating, a fan, cleaning products, a washing machine and ironing equipment.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available nearby the location (some charges may be applied). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 45€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand.
Pet can be accepted on request for additional fee at the price of 15€ . In case the check in or check out were not possible in the given hours, an extra fee may be applied. Please note no party will be allowed and only travelers are accepted, guests are not allowed. The property is located on one of the best cycling routes in the area. Please note: the deposit will not be refunded if the community rules are not followed: no parties, no guests. A single bed can be made available only for groups of 7 persons.
