In Gargas, Le Petit Mas is a charming Bastidon designed for 2 people, freshly built in the Pays d'Apt et des Ocres, near Roussillon, Apt, Gordes, Bonnieux, St Saturnin d'Apt, and in the countryside, in the heart of the Luberon regional nature park, with a beautiful view of the massif and surrounding countryside!
It's an individual, private vacation rental with grounds, parking and private swimming pool open from April 6 to October 31.
Le Petit Mas comprises a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor, and a spacious bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with bathroom and toilet on the first floor. In front of the house: private swimming pool and garden.
Please note: during the summer months (July/August/September), a minimum of 2 weeks' booking is required, subject to availability.
Electricity consumption included in rental price 15 kws per day, to be paid according to statement beyond that. Includes electricity, heating and air conditioning.
