In a quiet residential area, we offer you a charming house with enclosed garden. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can walk to the lake, relax on the beach, go boating or paddleboarding. You can also walk or cycle into the town center to shop or enjoy a coffee on the terrace. You're 27 km from Biscarrosse Plage and 23 km from Mimizan Plage for surfing lessons.
The house comprises a beautiful living room with a TV lounge area (no WIFI, possibility of renting a box) and a dining area. A separate, fully-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed and storage space. A garage/laundry room is also available.
Outside, a small terrace overlooking the garden lets you enjoy outdoor meals and fine weather. Possibility of parking a car in front of the house. A sunny vacation awaits you!
