In a quiet residential area of Sanguinet, we offer you this pleasant house with garden, perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you're just 1km from the town center and 2km from Lac de Sanguinet. You can get there by bike, which will enable you to discover our beautiful cycle paths, go boating or paddleboarding. Sanguinet is packed with activities, including horseback riding, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, fishing... something for everyone and an unforgettable vacation! You're also 24km from Biscarrosse plage, where you can try your hand at surf lessons. The house comprises a living room with a sitting area and TV (no WIFI, but you can rent a box), a dining area, a semi-open kitchen equipped with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The house sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds and storage space. A bathroom and separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, a south-east-facing terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy outdoor meals in fine weather. Cats and dogs are welcome. Possibility of parking a car in the grounds.
