Private parking. Cellar with 1 bicycle available to tenants.

The apartment is located in a poorly insulated residence The noise of the neighbours above is complicated The balcony allows two people to eat together, but especially with all the neighbours of the residence because it is in full view of everyone. The sofa in the living room is so worn that the imitation leather is crumbling, and it can in no way be a second bed because the mattress is extremely thin and worn. The kitchen chairs are plastic chairs from the garden furniture. In conclusion we will not return to this rental and do not recommend it.
