Charming vacation apartment in a villa with pretty garden and private pool in the wine-growing village of Murviel-les-Béziers in Hérault, just 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches.
It is located on the edge of a village where you will find all amenities. This comfortable house is set in a beautiful garden with various shaded areas. The summer kitchen is perfect for barbecuing around the pool and on the boules court you can compete in pétanque. The pool is accessible via a Roman staircase.
The villa is classically decorated in cheerful colors. One of the bedrooms has its own shower cabin.
Nearby is the Orb River, which is an ideal place for swimming, fishing and canoeing.
Fans of fine wines will be delighted: right next to the rental is the wine cellar Murviel-lès-Béziers! During the harvest, it is possible that the street in front of the house is bustling. For this, you can easily get a bottle of classified Languedoc wine to taste.
The Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, with its mountains and rivers and its many opportunities for walking, surrounds this typical medieval village built around a castle overlooking the Orb Valley and whose promenade offers panoramic views.
Take the beautiful paths of Pech Bellet, a wooded hill with typical scents.
Murviel offers some very interesting and fun local festivals such as the feast of St. John at the end of June, with singing and dancing around the bonfire. Or the Petetas in summer, where human-sized puppets take you back in time.
