Two-room apartment of approximately 38m2 on the 2nd floor with private parking, swimming pool and tennis courts. Composed of an entrance, a living room, with sofa/bed for 2 people and TV, loggia, bedroom with a bed for 2 people, bathroom with washing machine and WC, independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
