Obviously a hasty departure of the previous tenants without having taken the time or given the necessary care to the exit cleaning. Strong increase in the price of the rental, it becomes excessive for a property from the 80's not modernized in a medium size resort in the French Pyrenees, even well located and of a pleasant configuration.
