New rural emblematic house for two with private pool in the town of Santa Lucía, located in the south of Gran Canaria.
This 250m2 holiday home for two people (*three people on request) with two levels counts on one main bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower (one of them ensuite), a living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all you may need during your stay.
Rural House Santa Lucia features wifi and air conditoning, as well as a solarium and a wonderful private pool.
It is a house that has been restored preserving the most original elements of rural Canarian architecture, such as the wooden and stone beams. Also the decoration gives the house a natural and cozy atmosphere.
Santa Lucía is a town surrounded by beauty and nature. You should visit the town square, as well as the Caldera de Tirajana or the Barranco de Tirajana, where the towns of Santa Lucía and San Bartolomé are located.
If we add that you will be able to enjoy the varied and typical Canarian gastronomy in the different establishments within the municipality, it becomes a wonderful place to spend your holidays.
It is located only 40 minutes from the Airport and other touristic resorts like Maspalomas, Meloneras, Playa del Inglés, etc.
Pool features
Rectangular shape with roman steps to get in and out of the pool, pool heating service available (optional) with a surcharge and from 1 meter to 1,70 meters deep, 7 meters long and 3 meters wide.

* The living room has an additional trundle bed in which a third person can stay under request. This has an extra cost of 50€ per night.
** If you wish to heat the pool it carries a cost of 150€ for stays of 2,3,4 and 5 nights, and an extra cost of 30€ per night for stays of 6 or more nights.
***A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
