- Sleeping accommodation: one double bedroom (bed 140), one bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed (3x90), living room with a double sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with duvets and blankets.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
*Ski locker. Communal parking outside.
*Pets not accepted.
OUR OPINION: Many storage spaces. Nice living room. Very practical for holidays with family or friends.

The foot of the slopes of Flumet, located at Les Evettes, is an ideal starting point to discover the Espace Diamant.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Evettes chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure centre are only 3km away.
