Dishwasher out of order. We were unable to use it during our stay. The previous occupants had not reported it to the agency (!!!!!!). We were unable to use the residence's swimming pool for the duration of our stay because there was a bacterium in the water (hygiene problem of previous holidaymakers !!!!). The rental price included the pool. I sent you an e-mail on 29/07 on this subject to obtain a refund on the amount of the invoice. You replied. I'm waiting for your reply.....
