Residenza Arcangela consists of 4 apartments with 2 exclusive pools and a large garden, surrounded by nature and not far from the sea.
It's the perfect solution for families, groups of friends and couples who want to share the same place and outdoor amenities with separate apartments.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, with some extra beds (on request).
Residenza Arcangela is suitable for smart working, it is located at about 500 meters from the village (Corsano).
The property can accommodate up to 18 guests and is composed of 4 independent apartments with shared outdoor areas, in which there are 2 large and comfortable swimming pools (sizes are: 10x4 and 8x5 meters), relaxation area with sun loungers and deckchairs, barbecue and private indoor parking. The entire property is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
Two apartments (Lentisco and Mirto) are located on the lower floor and each consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with shower and an outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The other two apartments (Corbezzolo and Melograno) are located on the ground floor, with some steps at the entrance. Each has 2 bedrooms (one double plus single bed and one twin), sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower dox and veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The outdoor part has a large furnished garden, relaxation area, two comfortable barbecues, a stone oven, washing machine corner, outdoor showers, large private parking and two beautiful swimming pools (with gradual entrance and area with low water) with solarium.
The property is located in countryside, and guarantees tranquility and privacy.
It is located between the clear waters of Marina di Novaglie and the town of Corsano, a village in southern Salento where you can find the main services (pharmacy, supermarkets, bank, gyms, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, etc.),
