Set midway between Campanet and Caimari, this newly built villa amidst open countryside commands far reaching views across almond and olive groves. It is very convenient and only a few minutes drive to the above two villages, as well as to the picturesque village of Selva.
The entrance leads to the large living room with two sofas, flat screen Tv and a modern coffee table. On the other side of the lounge there is a dining area which has a glass dining table and chairs. Next to the dining area there is a large and comfortable, modern fitted kitchen that has all the requirements including dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, large fridge/freezer, breakfast table and a side door to the garden and covered terrace. There is also one twin bedroom and a shower room on this ground floor level.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located. These comprise of two further twins both sharing a full bathroom. These bedrooms have access to the balcony terrace from where you get lovely views across the land.
The swimming pool has roman steps and it is surrounded with lawn and a sun terrace which is comfortably furnished with reclining sun loungers and exteriors tables and chairs. A portable barbecue is also available.
