This lovely three bedroom villa set in well kept and mature gardens enjoys excellent views towards Pollensa and the monastery on the close by hilltop. It is only a five minute drive to the town with its many restaurants and beautiful main square, and another five minutes to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
The house comprises a double and two twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning. These three bedrooms share one full bathroom and a shower room.
There is a central dining area and through an archway a slightly raised, comfortable living room with two sofas and satellite Tv and Dvd.
The spacious kitchen has breakfast table and chairs with separate larder, and there are the modern facilities, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens.
Outside the lovely gardens are perfect for families and for children to enjoy; there is a large swimming pool, furnished pergola and sun terrace with sun shade and a built in barbecue. The shaded terrace in front of the villa is also furnished.
