Villa Lluch is just off the road from Pollensa to Lluch monastery and is only a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and to the beaches at Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
This spacious two storey villa with private pool has beamed ceilings throughout and an ample garden/pool terrace area with stunning views to the Puig de María mountain opposite Pollensa and the Serra de Tramuntana rising behind Pollensa. There is a driveway to the house with plenty of parking area.
The side entrance leads into the dining area and next to this there is the kitchen and pantry. From the dining area steps leads down into a lounge area with satellite Tv. The ground floor is completed by a twin bedroom and full bathroom.
Upstairs on the first floor there a two further twin rooms, with lovely views, sharing another full bathroom. The master double bedroom is accessed along a corridor and enjoys its own private terrace via patio doors. To one side of the master bedroom is a shower room/utility room.
For alfresco dining there is the built in barbecue near the furnished front terrace which overlooks the private pool.
