Just 600 meters from the beach, in a peaceful residential area, this single-storey Basque-style house (approx. 85 m²) offers terraces and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious air-conditioned living room, incorporating a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a central island. The living room, which opens onto the rear terrace, is nicely furnished with armchairs, a sofa and a TV. The master bedroom, a master suite, includes a 160cm bed, private bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Two other bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed (air-conditioned) and the other with two 90cm beds. The house also has an additional bathroom and separate WC.
Enjoy two lovely furnished terraces: one at the front of the villa and a second, more spacious and intimate one at the rear.
Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is equipped with internet/WIFI, is easy to maintain and benefits from an optimal layout. It enjoys an excellent location, with shops (Carrefour Market, tabac/presse, pharmacy) just 400 meters away and Arcachon's municipal market 900 meters away. Please note: The mezzanine is inaccessible (staircase condemned) and tenants are not authorized to access it. A storeroom (former garage not suitable for vehicle parking) is available.
Pets are accepted with the prior agreement of the owners. Sheets and towels are provided, and departure cleaning and cancellation insurance are included in the rental price.
