Villa Encinas Son Toni is a comfortable and well equipped villa set in spacious and pretty lawned gardens with a large private pool and Bbq areas. It is placed in a quiet residential area, midway between the old historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa. The nearest shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive away. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, offering lots of space and privacy for guests looking for a superior holiday home.
The villa has two storeys. A pathway through the front garden leads to the front door and then into a hallway. On the ground floor there is a lounge with satellite Tv, Dvd and Cd players, plus patio doors leading onto a shaded dining terrace, from where a few steps lead down to the large swimming pool, bordered by extensive lawns with trees and shrubs for shade and privacy. Also on the ground floor is a dining room, fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), plus a full bathroom and twin bedroom. A beautiful large staircase leads up to two further twins, a bathroom and the master double bedroom with lounge area, dressing room, en suite bathroom with bath, and separate shower.
