This beautiful, modern house facing south has incredible charm. The accommodation is located in the countryside of the pretty village of Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson, a stone's throw from the Ardèche and Vaucluse. You will immediately be delighted by the green garden with trampoline, games and swing for your children, as well as the well-equipped pool house (barbecue, gas stove, sink, shower, toilet) and private pool. A very comfortable sofa bed awaits you in the living room.
Discover this magnificent region, just 7 km from St Martin d'Ardèche with its taverns, mini golf course, beaches and night market in summer. This lively village is ideal for relaxing, swimming, picnicking and pedal boating. The town of Pont St Esprit, overlooking the Rhône River and other amenities, is only 4 km away.
Indulge in tree climbing or canoe down gorges to discover the best of this area. Nearby, charming villages such as Cornillon, Goudargues and its shady canal, the famous village of La Roque sur Cèze with its 14 km long Sautadet waterfalls, Aiguèze and its breathtaking views or Barjac, the 'village of character' famous for its second-hand market await you. Make the detour to Alès and its sandy beaches along the river.
