The property, ideally located at 20 minutes from the sea and the mountains, close to lakes and rivers, is an idyllic place for family vacations or between friends. Calm, it is favourable to idleness at the edge of the big swimming pool (12X5,5m) or to walks to discover a superb region, to swim in the sea, in the lake or in the river according to your desires, to numerous nautical, equestrian, sports or cultural activities, to visits in the numerous wine cellars of the region... Each one will be able to follow his desire of the day...
2 architect designed villas, a few meters from each other, make up the rented property.
The main villa, with its architecture close to the island houses, with its pergolas, its large wooden terraces surrounding the villa, is very bright, with its many bay windows, its central patio around which the house is organized and which is a very pleasant place to have breakfast or an aperitif in the evening. The rooms are spacious and modern, all open onto the terraces. The small villa, a three-room apartment that borders the pool, has a chalet style, with its staircase, its wooden beams and wall, and a fisherman's house decoration; and it has all the comfort of an independent house.
The main villa is organized around a patio and entirely surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace, on which open the 4 bedrooms and the bedroom-office area. The villa is entirely on one level. It is composed of :
- a large main room, with an American kitchen that opens onto a large, very bright living-dining room with its French doors that open onto the terrace and its view of the large garden and the pool; a central patio, a real well of light, with its table and chairs, where to have breakfast or an aperitif in the evening;
- 5 bedrooms: a master bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet; 2 bedrooms with double beds; a children's bedroom with a single bed and 2 comfortable folding single beds; a bedroom-office area with a sofa bed; a second bathroom (with walk-in shower) and toilet.
The three-room villa, with its cathedral roof, opens onto the swimming pool, and is composed of: a living room with kitchen, living room table, sofa, television and DVD; a nice bedroom with double bed; a bathroom (shower and basin) with toilet; and, on the mezzanine, a second bedroom, for children, with a pull-out bed (2 single beds).
The 2 villas are a few meters from each other, in the same garden. There are fans in all rooms. You will have everything in double: 2 televisions (one with high definition image), 2 DVD, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (and thus 2 fridges, 2 washing machines, very useful when there are many people...)
We will put at your disposal many books, games, toys and films. And all the equipment for baby if you wish it (3 baby beds; 2 high chairs; a bathtub, a paddling pool; a changing table...)
The large swimming pool is private, protected by an alarm and barriers; you will also have a ping-pong table, a tree house that will delight the children, a swing, a large barbecue, and many garden furniture and chairs that you can arrange according to your desires in the many outdoor spaces: patio, terrace of the large house, terrace of the pool, garden.
You will be able to park 4 or 5 cars in the property, which is entirely enclosed by walls.
Special coronavirus: in order to ensure maximum safety, we are obliged to set up a cleaning service, in line with the cleaning recommendations of the government health service, which will be charged at 250 euros, to be paid to us on the day of your arrival. This includes a double cleaning: cleaning and disinfection of the different places, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health on cleaning and disinfecting products. We will also welcome you with masks and gloves, and following the social distancing. Whenever possible, we will also ask you to bring your own linens due to this exceptional time. We want you to feel confident that everything has been done for maximum safety.
