This apartment of 86 m² on the 2nd floor of a very nice condominium with lift. As soon as you arrive, the courtyard of the condominium will invite you to the trip. As soon as you arrive, the courtyard of the condominium will invite you to travel.
The apartment has a very high ceiling and is composed of a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped. Two large double bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other with a 140/200 bed, situated in the quiet back yard, with cupboards and wardrobes. A beautiful shower room and a separate toilet with a laundry area where you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer complete this accommodation.
Located in a street perpendicular to the famous Place Chateaubriand, in the heart of the Intra-Muros, it will allow you to live to the rhythm of the holidays or the events in Malouin. All the shops, beaches, the Palais des Congrès, the Vauban basin or the public covered or overhead car parks are less than 100m away.
You will have free wifi access and we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. Your bed will be prepared for your arrival.

In the heart of the Intra-Muros: Visits: the museums, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours possible by contacting the tourist office located Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside. From the Place St Vincent you will find bus and coach departures to all the districts of Saint-Malo as well as the little train for a commented historical visit of the city.
Food : Rue de l'Orme, also called the "rue gourmande", you will discover very good local products: butters and cheeses from Bordier, the Babas de Saint-Malo, fruits and vegetables in all 4 seasons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fish shop, as well as many restaurants, such as the Breizh café, the Cambusier, or even down the street the Absinthe. At the corner of Rue St Vincent and Rue Ste Barbe, a city crossroads.
Restaurants and Cafés: On the Chateaubriand square you can eat very good seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'Or, go for brunch on a Sunday lunch at the General House just below your accommodation, for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservation recommended), and discover the friendly restaurant le Cargo Culte in a friendly atmosphere, with home cooking on the menu, pies, salads, sandwiches and soups.
In the evening you will have the choice between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's Day, beer lovers will be seduced by the Aviso with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, go to La Fabrique, and if you prefer the atmosphere of nautical and sailing, on the port along the Vauban basin, you can go to La Trinquette for a toast!
