We were delighted with our stay in this small but very cute and comfortable house, very quiet. One large bedroom and another with two single beds. Very large television. The veranda with opening bay windows is very pleasant and useful in case of rain and overlooks a beautiful lush garden including a fig tree that provides pleasant shade. The interior is tastefully decorated and feels more like a real family home than a gîte. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery. The only thing missing was outdoor garden furniture (table, chairs, chiliennes), but this will surely be completed after our comments. The house is close to a very pretty little port with a few shops, including a very good bakery and crêperie and a biocop, and some entertainment for young children. However, it's essential to take the car to go into the town center or to the beaches, which are quite far away and uphill, as Perros-Guirec is very spread out and configured in ascents and descents! A tip for two= rent electric bikes from the harbor master's office, it's a great way to get in and out of the town, which is superb, with three beautiful beaches as well as the magnificent customs path further on towards Ploumanach. Tregastel also has a beautiful beach with pink rocks, a Monday market and seawater pool, and a large supermarket. In Perros-Guirec, there's a nautical center with sailing, kayaks and fun excursions to the 7 islands by sailboat or motorboat, entertaining storytelling activities in the evenings organized by the tourist office and numerous activities for children organized by the town. Very good welcome from the agency for the house.

We were delighted with this rental. Nice little house, very well arranged, with this veranda which allowed us despite the bad weather to take all our meals inside, and especially very well decorated with taste. Very quiet, it can be perfectly suitable for a couple with small children, because the small garden is very pleasant and no danger because it is fenced on each side. Very well located, you can walk to the port. We ask you to communicate our opinion to the owners. Thank you
